This one didn't receive a whole lot of detailing, but being one of Ertl's stronger efforts it takes well to the little bit I was asked to add to it. Basically I chromed the trim, added sidepipes and added a few other little details here and there.
The grill looks SO much better with the flat silver-gray surround painted in. Too much chrome is sometimes worse looking that not enough! Kind of odd, me actually covering up chrome!
What a nice mold! I've always been a big fan of the true two-seater AMX. What a slick looking little machine. I did add chrome details to the seat hinges though you cannot see that detail in any of my pictures.
