Friends of mine created and maintain the best Chevelle sites on the internet (Team Chevelle, www.chevelles.com). Myself and a number of other guys help him out in a small way by acting as moderators on the various forums. Every year Al and Dot make sure to send us a thank you gift at Christmas for acting as moderators. This year I decided we should send a gift of appreciation back to them so I detailed up a fair facsimile of their car. It's not exact, but it's as close as I could get with what's available! The car received full painted details (under hood, radiator support, master cylinder cap, radiator cap, battery caps and posts, steering linkage, sway bar, gas tank and door hinges), chrome detailing and wiring for the engine. I also included some customized license plates for them.
